大多数"商务英语"指南给你一堵表达墙,让你自己猜哪些真正能用。真正的问题不是记住表达 — 而是把语域匹配到当下的场景。Slack 消息里完美的句子在演示中会显得僵硬,同样一句话粘到第一封客户邮件里,在和队友的聊天中又会显得生硬。
本指南给你五个工作场景中最高频的表达 — 会议、邮件、电话、闲聊和演示 — 按语域排序,让你确切知道该掏出哪一个。每个章节都内置了小测试。
职场英语真正的运作方式
并不存在单一的"职场"语域,而是有三种,母语者一直在它们之间切换:

大多数 B1 学习者掉进的陷阱是全场使用正式。听起来像翻译过的教科书。母语同事会读成冷淡或疏离。
规则:镜像你收到的语域。 如果同事写"Quick q — can you send that file?",就在同一层级回复。不要升级到"Dear Colleague, In response to your inquiry..."
在会议中:贡献、同意、反对、插话
会议中90%的时间会用到的四个动作。
提出观点(不要主导)
配对组合
同意 — 带有分量
"I agree"管用但平淡。让对方觉得你真的在思考:
- "That's a good point — I'd add that..."
- "Exactly, and the other piece is..."
- "I think you're right, especially because..."
反对 — 礼貌但清晰
这是 B1 学习者最常卡住的地方。诀窍是软化分歧,不软化内容:
绝不要以"No"或"You're wrong"开头。连母语者也不会。
插话(不显得失礼)
Sorry to jump in, 是万能开头。变体:
- "If I could just add something quickly..."
- "Quick clarification — ..."
- "Just to build on that..."
在邮件中:开头、请求、跟进、结尾
邮件是商务英语最高频的场景。掌握四块,就能覆盖95%的情况。
开头(替代"Dear Sir/Madam")

"Dear Sir/Madam"在2026年听起来过时且非个人化 — 能找到名字就用名字。
提出请求
母语者真正使用的礼貌问句结构:
- "Could you send me the report by Friday?"(中性 — 完美默认)
- "Would you be able to send..."(略正式)
- "Can you send..."(口语 — 对亲近同事可以)
试试:填空礼貌开头。
kindly forward the deck to the design team by Thursday?
注意:现在完成时通常是"我已经做了X,现在轮到你"邮件的正确时态。"I have attached the file"在开头行胜过"I attached the file"的原因,见 present perfect vs past simple。
跟进
跟进邮件本身是一门艺术。母语同事期待一个清晰的请求,而不是伪装的责备:
- "Just following up on my note from Monday — any update?"
- "Wanted to circle back on this before EOW."
- "Bumping this in case it got buried."
避免"I am still waiting for your response" — 即使在你的母语中是中性的,在英语里也听起来被动攻击。
结尾
配对组合
在电话中:开始、澄清、结束
电话和视频会议把三个问题压成一个:看不到肢体语言,无法重读,无法暂停。把开头和结尾背熟,这样你可以把注意力花在内容上。
开始
- "Hi, this is [Name] from [Company] — is this a good time?"
- "Thanks for jumping on. Just to set context — ..."
- "Can everyone hear me okay?"
澄清 — 当你没听清
这是通话中最有用的技能。不要假装听懂了。 母语者经常用:
- "Sorry, could you repeat that?"
- "Just to make sure I follow — you're saying...?"
- "Could you spell that for me?"
- "Sorry, my line cut out for a second."
Could you repeat that? — 练习下降语调;这是礼貌的请求,不是困惑的问题。
结束
- "Great, I think we've got what we need. Anything else?"
- "Thanks, let me circle back with the team and follow up by [day]."
- "Talk soon."
在闲聊中:专业地开始和退出
工作场合的闲聊很短,是语言的握手,不是对话。B1 最大的错误是把"How's your week going?"当成真正的问题。(背后的文化规则见 如何回应"How are you?"。)
安全开头
- "How's your week going?"
- "Did you have a good weekend?"
- "Any plans for the long weekend?"
- "How's the project going?"(工作相关,低风险)
安全回答
- "Pretty good, thanks — yours?"
- "Busy but good. You?"
- "Can't complain. How about you?"
优雅退出
这个比开头更需要。背一句,每次都用:
- "Anyway, I should let you get back to it — good to chat."
- "I'll let you go. Catch you later."
- "I have a call in five — let's pick this up later."
在演示中:开头、过渡、应对提问
演示用语是五个场景中最模板化的 — 这是好消息。每种类型背一句就够了。
开头
- "Thanks everyone for joining. Today I'll walk you through..."
- "Quick agenda: three things — first..., second..., and finally..."
过渡
- "Moving on to..."
- "That brings me to..."
- "Building on that — ..."
应对提问
不知道答案时:
- "That's a great question — I'll need to check and get back to you."
问题带敌意时:
- "I hear that concern. Let me address it head-on — ..."
没听懂时:
- "Could you rephrase that for me?"
