By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the Learn Native English platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Learn Native English
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Abuse the AI tutor or conversation features (e.g., attempting to extract harmful content)

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Learn Native English — including courses, modules, exercises, AI-generated responses, and the platform itself — is owned by Learn Native English or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your learning data (responses, progress, vocabulary lists) belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time via your account settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Learn Native English uses AI to generate conversation responses, assessments, and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. It should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Subscription and Payments

Learn Native English may offer free and paid tiers. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Learn Native English is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.
